Refund and Returns Policy

At Express Fix Store, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our premium espresso machines. However, we understand that occasionally, purchases may not meet expectations or unforeseen circumstances may occur. With that in mind, we have created a customer-friendly return policy.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and user manuals intact.

For all returns of residential and commercial brewing equipment, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied, with the exception of items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or missing, please report it to us within 5 business days of receipt.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@expressfixcoffee.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond swiftly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please mention this when initiating your return. If the new item costs more, we will provide you with instructions for paying the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cs@expressfixcoffee.com. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, tampered with, or returned without their original packaging and all accessories and user manuals.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
